Guitar is in great condition with light sings of age and use.  

12th fret action is low and saddle still has plenty of height. If you have been looking tor a nice example of a MIJ Alvarez search no further. This is the nicest example we have ever come across and will be pressed to find another this nice!

Guitar is an estate find and belonged to a Veteran that passed away a few years ago. His widow held on to it for a bit, kept ot safe and now wants it to go to someone that will play it!
